1st Experience

Our first experience losing a Fur baby. Our Vet said they provide a service and we didn’t have to worry about anything. I was really apprehensive not knowing what to expect. Let me tell ya, our family were so elated and surprised by the wonderful way they put together our Fur baby's Memorial Bag . Way beyond our expectations. So many things included in the service , we were so appreciative and happy with the service . Totally recommend this company for your Pets Memorial Needs . Thank you again for making this extra special, in the trying time for our family.

Kindness and healing – Houston

I had taken my best friend of 8 years here 7 years ago come April 3rd. It's taken me this long to finally come here and be able to express the care that this facility took in taking care of my beloved Jojo. They comforted me and took time to go over what was needed. Not too long after dropping him off I got his remains in a lovely urn and condolences card. I have recommended this facility to family and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you all for your love and support in one of the most difficult times in my life. Ya'll truly helped me in my healing process.

Fond Memories – Conroe

I can't think of a more compassionate person than Norma. She was absolutely wonderful and so very thoughtful throughout our grieving process. I had 2 pets that we lost within a month of each other due to illness and old age. These furkids are so very much family to us and we were treated with much respect and regard. Norma understood the heartbreak and was absolutely a caring, professional lady. Thank you to Norma and the staff for taking great care of our sweet Phoebe Ann and our precious Little Bear.

The staff was friendly and somber and kind. Always answered the phone and quick with information.
We weren’t really sure what to expect when we picked up her ashes (our vet arranged it) and we were pleasantly surprised! They included some fur, a paw print with a stand and a little metal name plate for her box. The ashes were in a sealed plastic bag and then put into a beautiful wooden box. Everything had her name on it - very organized - and the presentation made us feel really special.

Today our girl came home to us. Every last detail of the way Fond Memories presented our beloved pet was breathtaking. Cards signed, foot print keepsake, double protected urn and a remembrance token; all of these speak volumes to how our beloved’s remains were handled with care and respect. Fond Memories guided us through the cremation process with our beloved Gus. The lady (Norma) I spoke with to make arrangements was so kind & understanding of our grief.

Fond Memories went ABOVE AND BEYOND for my little Max. I cannot recommend them highly enough for all that they did for us! We held a viewing for Max, I was apprehensive at first, but Norma assured us that Max would look just like he was sleeping, and she did not disappoint, he was bathed, brushed, and he did truly look so peaceful, it brought much needed closure for myself and my family. I admit that between the unexpected loss of my best friend, and my chronic indecisiveness, I was probably not the easiest client, but they were very kind and patient with me and all my questions (and all of my changing decisions).
