My Guardian Angel ‘Cuddles’

I never knew that there is a place that would give so much of love and care to my fur baby after her passing away.Fond memories is such a beautiful place with very caring people to do the last rites for our animals. Norma is just wonderful and was so patient and caring towards me.I will never forget her for what she did for Cuddles and me.I was given such a lovely paw print of her to keep and when she sent her ashes I cried as there was such a beautiful poem in there as if my baby was talking to me. God Bless you Norma and thank you from my heart for everything.

Our Girl SCout

Thank you for the beautiful presentation of our girl Scout. Clearly your staff is very compassionate and understands the love we all have for our 4-legged family members. We rescued our sweet girl in 2012 and our world changed for the better. She leaves a huge whole in our home. But last night we opened the package containing the rosewood box that holds our precious family member. Along with the clay paw print, we proudly display both together in our Livingroom. Scout is finally back home where she belongs.

Helping us cope

I want to thank Little Friends for their unselfishness in taking care of my fur babies in our time of need. I recently lost my latest baby named Gabby unexpectedly on Monday the 23rd & I would not have anyone else handle her care for me . I trust them 100% with all my babies. Thank you for being there for my family at a low point in our life.

Loving care for my dog Marley

I am so incredibly grateful for the loving care that was shown to my beloved dog, Marley, last week. Marley was my baby & it's been SO hard to lose him.... But I am grateful the gentle care that the Fond Memories team took to care for my beloved fur baby . And when I went to pick up Marley's ashes from the vet clinic a few short days later, I was blown away by the beautifully packaged ashes as well as the very thoughtful inserts from Fond Memories. I didn't expect Marley's urn to be so beautiful--the carved rosewood urn is, by far the most beautiful pet urn that I've ever seen. The woodgrain paw print with the included stand is so very thoughtful as was the booklet on how to cope with the loss of a pet. I plan to plant the beautiful paw print wildflowers bookmark that was part of the package beneath Marley's favorite tree where he loved to chase squirrels in our back yard to commemorate my special boy. Thank you for everything you do to honor our beloved pets & for helping their owners as we grieve the loss of our fur baby....

Losing simon

Kindness and dignity, Donna is the sweetest person to get you through this. Simon is in such kind hands. We choose a private cremation and Donna told me the time he would be cremated, when you love your animals this is the place to go, Sattler TX-118 we love y’all. David and Vickie Hajovsky 4/09/20

My sweet boy was treated so well

I had to let my sweet baby Nash cat go to sleep for the last time last week. He was only 3 years old and the timing was very unexpected. He fell asleep in my arms and I decided to go to this company for his passing. I've just recieved his ashes and paw prints today, and cannot be more thankful. I know they took care of my sweet boy, and I'm so very grateful. The urn and paw prints are beautiful and have helped me recieve the closure I need. I cannot recommend them more. They are a wonderful company. Thank you, Fond Memories, I love you guys, and thank you for taking care of my baby.

Thank you so much for everything you guys do. This difficult process was made easier because of Little Friends. I know my little buddy Maxie was in great hands. Jane at the office was exceptional, very sweet and understanding with my family and the decision making process with choosing an urn. You guys are truly wonderful.

Don’t know what we would do without you

Little Friends has been there for us for many years. Being the parents of multiple animals, and loving each and every one of them, losing them is very hard. Little Friends has been there for us and handled cremation and returning them to us in a wonderful tribute box. I cannot express our gratitude for the service they have given us over the years.

I took Siam, my beloved, devoted, companion of 22 years, to Paws in Heaven. I couldn't be more pleased with the respect, dignity, and care she received from the staff. I have no doubt that I placed Siam in the right hands, at the time of her death.

I especially want to thank Peggy for her comforting words to me.
