Sweets, you were the sweetest guy at the shelter, the reason I kept coming back to volunteer, until I decided to just bring you home instead. You were already old and had been through so much, but you still cuddled and purred with everyone. I was happy to give you a comfortable place to retire, and do whatever I could to keep you happy and healthy. When you suddenly went blind, and didn't want to eat or lay in the sun or be held anymore, I knew you weren't feeling your best. And the vet confirmed it wasn't going to get better. I hope you know that I loved you, so much. And I hope that, if you're anywhere, you're somewhere that you can be happy and comfortable, and that I'll see you again someday. Thank you for everything, my sweet boy. My little baby Mister Man.
