18 years might seem like a long time and it is, but it was not enough time with you. You were the Chispa (spark) that lit our life. Going through life with you was the sweetest thing. You were the best listener, the best shoulder to cry on, you always cheered us up with your sass and kisses. Although it hurts so much to physically not see you anymore around the house or in your little bed, I know you’re finally resting in heaven… pain free and being able to move freely as you did when you were younger. I can still hear the sound of your little paws on the floor when I close my eyes. Our lives will never be the same again. I can’t wait until the day I finally get to see you again, my sweet love.
