In Loving Memory of Addie

Addie was so much more than a dog — she was our constant companion, our comic relief, and our safe place. She had a personality bigger than life itself, one that could never be forgotten.

She had a knack for home renovation… mostly by destroying door frames. She could turn the living room into her personal dance floor, “twerking” on the couch with a joy that made us laugh even on the hardest days. No amount of attention or affection was ever enough for Addie — she soaked up love like sunlight and always wanted more. And who could say no to those eyes?

She was also our fearless protector against the great threat of… bubbles. No bubble dared float too long without being heroically attacked. But most of all, Addie had an unmatched ability to be there when we needed her most. She seemed to know when our hearts were heavy and would be right by our side, offering quiet comfort with her presence alone.

Addie, you were more than a pet — you were our family, our healer, and our friend. While the couch will be still now, and the bubbles will go unchallenged, the love you gave us will remain forever. Run free across the Rainbow Bridge, sweet girl. Chase the bubbles, twerk to your heart’s content, and know that you were — and always will be — so deeply loved. Forever our princess.
