Austin found bailey running thru the streets malnourished and dehydrated. We already had 2 dogs in our apartment and everyone told us we didn’t need another one. But bailey chose us. There was something about her that Austin couldn’t leave her out there. Austin saved little bailey and brought her home where we brought her back to health. She was the happiest craziest little puppy. She would run all over you in the morning kissing you everywhere it was the best way to wake up. We had bailey for 3 weeks and 3 days when we found out our poor baby had hydrocephalus. We came home after getting something to eat and her poor head was so swollen. Her condition was congenital and no cure. Our options were find the money for her to get a shunt in her brain or let her carry on until things got worse for her. I had to make the hard decision to let bailey cross the rainbow bridge when she was still happy and not in great pain. Bailey girl you are deeply missed and we love you so so much you touched our lives deeper than you know. Rest easy baby girl.
