2014 - 2025

We adopted Katori on May 21st from Austin Pets Alive! We knew she had seizures, but the cause had not been diagnosed so we had no idea how often she might have one. After she had 2 grand mal seizures in the first week we took her for an MRI that revealed a benign brain tumor and swelling. More meds seemed to help temporarily, but it became obvious the swelling was affecting her quality of life. She had 5 seizures in 5 weeks- 2 of those were only 4 days apart. We loved her so much and tried to give her the best 6 weeks of her life. 💔
